My affinity for art began when I was a child - I always loved finding forms of self expression. Photography was a path I explored out of sheer curiosity but soon became engulfed in this amazing medium. It's allowed me to channel a level of creativity in myself I didn't even know was there. My style is warm, honest and open.
When I'm not working, I still love to photograph, especially my husband and son. In addition, I love going camping, traveling, reading good books, an excellent cup of coffee, concerts, sharpie pens, vintage t-shirts, snail mail, crisp fall days, good conversation and anything that makes me laugh.
I've been asked over the years why I chose two totally different subjects - people and houses- to specialize in. It appeals to both aspects of what makes me who I am. The structured, technical side and the emotional, intimate side. Although they are very different I find a complete creative fulfillment in working with both.
Thanks for stopping by and getting to know me a bit! I'd love to work with you.
